LocaLodgings is a hotel search and referral service designed for travelers experiencing flight disruptions. We are not a booking platform. When you click to book a hotel, you are directed to third-party sites (primarily Expedia). Your booking is subject to their terms and conditions.

Affiliate Disclosure

LocaLodgings earns commissions when you book hotels or purchase products through links on our site:

• Expedia: We are an Expedia affiliate and earn commission on hotel bookings.
• Amazon: As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

These commissions do not affect the price you pay.

No Guarantee of Availability

Hotel availability and pricing change constantly, especially during flight disruptions when demand spikes. We cannot guarantee that:

• Rooms shown as available will still be available when you reach the booking site
• Prices displayed will match the final booking price
• Specific amenities or room types will be available

Flight Status Information

Flight status data is provided by third-party APIs and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always verify flight status directly with your airline before making travel decisions.

Limitation of Liability

LocaLodgings is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Hotel quality, cleanliness, or service issues
• Booking disputes or cancellation issues
• Inaccurate flight status information
• Any losses arising from travel disruptions
• Third-party website availability or accuracy

Direct all reservation issues to the booking platform (Expedia) or the hotel directly.

Intellectual Property

LocaLodgings, its content, design, and code are the property of ProSynServ, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems to scrape or access our service
• Attempt to interfere with service operation
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of LocaLodgings after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
